On-Boarding Process:
What we do:
Help with the Unific Connector Installation process.
Help with connecting the store/s (staging/prod).
Verify connection.
Verify data is sent from the store to Unific and syncing to HubSpot.
Validate data in HubSpot for data sync (just overview).
Check and trigger historical, if requested.
Chat with client's developers to answer their questions.
Co-ordinate and get answers from Unific Extension developers for Hatimeria in case there are client questions.
What we do not do:
Create the Unific account - So that we do not have to change email/password.
Connect the store after the extension has been installed by the developer - As not every merchant is ready to share the admin details and the store connection needs the keys and token from the admin section.
Connect the HubSpot portal - Again, not every merchant shares access to their portal.
