The Challenge
Apart from adding new customers to Constant Contact, Hanna’s Herb Shop was not generating leads, welcoming new customers and tracking customer engagement. Email marketing consisted of a periodic newsletter. Hanna’s knew they should be using marketing automation to capture, nurture and convert leads into customers but was unable to do so with their set up with Constant Contact.
The Solution
Hanna’s Herb Shop signed up for Infusionsoft and Revenue Conduit, and began working with Revenue Conduit to implement the Attract, Convert & Retain Marketing System.
A popup was installed on the website to generate leads, and the leads were funneled into a New Lead Capture, Nurture and Conversion Campaign. Additionally, a New Customer Welcome & Get a 2nd Order Campaign was built. Lastly, a Customer Reengagement Campaign was launched based on the results of an 80/20 analysis of the historical data that Revenue Conduit imported into Infusionsoft.
The Results
The New Lead Capture, Nurture & Conversion Campaign and the New Customer & Get a 2nd Order Campaign have added nearly $10,000 a month in new revenue. The one-time Customer Reengagement campaign generated $12,000 in revenue.
