Onboarding Program Details

This program is designed for new customers on HubSpot Professional or Enterprise and Unific. With the help of a dedicated Ecommerce Growth Specialist, new HubSpot users receive technical support to ensure proper configuration of both software tools. In addition, you will receive coaching, guidance, and best practices for mastering HubSpot functionality. Your dedicated specialist will also assist with building ecommerce specific campaigns and workflows that are enabled by your Unific subscription.
 
Your onboarding is broken into three phases, delivered over eight (8) weeks for HubSpot Professional or twelve (12) weeks for HubSpot Enterprise to ensure maximum velocity and shortest time to value.

Phase Three: Measure, Adjust & Grow

  • Meet with your Ecommerce Growth Specialist for up to two (2) hours for campaign review, strategy consulting, tactical recommendations and technical implementation assistance
  • Build a 12-month plan for growth leveraging HubSpot and Unific, define next steps and evaluate need for ongoing Unific growth services
  • Review optional or custom campaign workflows and discuss strategies for implementation
  • Evaluate and discuss strategies around advanced HubSpot features like Ads, Chat, Tickets, Surveys, etc. (depending on availability in your HubSpot plan)
